"The Carriage House” is our largest suite with a fully equipped kitchen (stocked upon request), that opens up to a dining area with forest views. The living room features a woodburning fireplace and 2 built in queen bed "bunks". Enjoy sun-soaked pasture views from the main bedroom or while soaking in the clawfoot bathtub.

A stunning renovation of a 100-year old Boathouse, this cabin sleeps two and features a full kitchen & bathroom. The Boathouse is situated right at the lake's edge and has a full glass front, deck with a grill to take advantage of unbeatable sunset views. You will also have a private dock and canoe. Walk to many restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as St. Johnsbury Academy, The Fairbanks Museum and Planetarium and the Athenaem. We don't live at this property, it is entirely yours during your visit. A secluded retreat minutes away from modern amenities! NEW FOR 2021: Upgraded Solar, generator, heating, kitchen and windows.
