Modern private entrance studio loft with all the amenities! Full kitchen and bath with a large tub. Beautifully appointed and has a suburban feel yet only 5-6 minutes to uptown, 12 minutes to NODA arts district, and 20 minutes to/from the airport. All necessities are included (see below). Internet, TV & stereo are also at your disposal along with a sitting area and work table. Bright and beautiful feel with large window and skylight. We have everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Coffee and tea with some spices provided. Full size shower in bath, with soap, etc. THIS UNIT IS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GUESTS, maximum weight on bed is 400 pounds due to manufacturers recommendations.

An update on this listing. The county is currently working on installing a new waterline on a neighboring road and storing their heavy equipment on the same road as this Airbnb so occasionally throughout the day, especially the morning and evening there are beeping noises from the workers setting up and Ending their day. No complaints so far, but I want everyone to be aware. It hasn’t scared the deer off.
