OBX Tree House (Avon, NC)

Welcome to the "OBX Treehouse," only steps away from the most beautiful stretch of beach in the Outer Banks north of Avon's pier. Explore all of the great restaurants, shops, activities, and bars nearby. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the 55” 4K Smart TV and new upper deck where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound. Queen bed, 32” Roku TV in bedroom, loveseat & bistro table for 2, 24” Roku TV in living room/kitchen. Full size stack Whirlpool washer/dryer. WiFi. Pool pass in summer. Outside shower, underhouse deck, fish cleaning table, hose. Cooler, beach chairs & boogie boards. No smoking allowed on property, no guests (sleeps 2 max).

**Equipped with an air ionizing system in the HVAC which kills all viruses, bacteria and mold so you can vacation safer!** Casa Creekside is a quaint two bedroom home that sits on the back of a residential cul-de-sac and is adjacent Mill Creek, which is directly accessible to the Pamlico Sound. Only two blocks to the ocean, it sleeps 4-5 and features outdoor living amenities like two private upstairs decks and a hot tub overlooking the creek. The front covered porch is fun out of the sun!

August Rose Cottage on the Pamlico Sound

August Rose Cottage is a very special studio style private entrance apartment in our personal home. It is located off of a private driveway with only 3 homes facing the sound. It's a true peaceful oasis with sound front access and sunsets that will amaze you! Full service kitchenette and laundry room. We have done our best to make you feel at home in our beach cottage. We are only a few houses away from the Pamlico Inn, minutes to multiple beach access points, restaurants, and groceries.

This studio apartment is located just seven houses from the beach in Frisco--a quick 2 minute walk or an even quicker bike ride. Located conveniently across from the Crossroads on the Buxton Back Rd., everything in the village is very close, and the beach is within walking distance. Make sure to visit the Lighthouse, a short bike or drive away. This cute & new apartment has everything you need, and is complete with soft blankets, beautiful furnishings, and a gorgeous garden setting :) THIS UNIT HAS A QUEEN BED AND TWIN DAY WITH TWIN TRUNDLE. A charcoal grill is available. A fish cleaning table is available to clean the days catch!

Designed and built by us, the Surf Bug has handcrafted details and everything you might need to feel at home while away from home. The beach is just a three minute walk without crossing any streets. I am a meticulous cleaner, and the white 100% cotton bedding is percale, made in Portugal.
