Only 12 minutes from downtown Chico, the farmers market, restaurants, and Chico State, yet perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor on scenic Highway 32. Enjoy a peaceful mountain retreat with city views, nature, and starlit nights. Our owner lives on-site and is chemical and fragrance sensitive. We use natural cleaning products and soaps. This private cabin is located within our 21-acre property, which includes several private rental accommodations. Shared amenities vary by listing.

You'll have easy access to 5 Mile Recreation Area, and the many trails of South Rim in Upper Bidwell Park! You'll have your own private space, separate and gated off from the main house. The casita is fully furnished with new stainless steal appliances, Cal King bed, and spacious walk in shower. The sofa pulls out to a queen bed as a second sleeping space.

Close to grocery stores and restaurants but feels like a remote retreat. We love long-term guests!

Serenity Studio - peace, quiet and a hot tub

This charming studio is cozy, clean, and beautiful. We are located on the edge of college town, about a mile from downtown, and close to iconic Chico locations (Bidwell Park, Bidwell Mansion, various music and theater venues, local dining and coffee shops, and more). Excellent hiking, biking, bird watching; outstanding dining and shopping; world class university; music and theater; all nearby.

Private entrance to spacious, attractively furnished one bedroom home. There is a large living room and full kitchen. Bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There is a grab bar. Bedroom is spacious with a comfortable queen size bed. Large closet in bedroom and reading lamp. WiFi and flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player and Netflix.
