Historic Home in Downtown for a Couple or Group

In the heart of historic downtown Oroville, Judge Gray's home (est. 1875), offers four suites (each w/ private bathroom and shower), kitchen, dining room, parlor, office & laundry. A couple or group of eight adults (no children) can enjoy the house while exploring the beauty and history of Butte County. One suite per guest (two guests maximum per suite.) Unbooked suites will be locked to keep the cleaning fee affordable for smaller groups.

Our cute studio sleeps up to 4 and is just steps from Bidwell park and downtown Chico. Private entrance, alley parking. A full bathroom with shower and comfortable queen bed and a sleeper sofa with full size mattress.
