Avonlea Gardens & Inn - Entire House

Avonlea Inn is a century home with unique vintage charm! 3 bedrooms (upstairs - 1 king & 1 queen, main floor - 1 queen & queen pullout sofa in living room). Dining room, kitchen, & front porch. Located on same property as our native plant nursery - you are welcome to wander! Renting half the house is possible - please see separate listings for the Rose Suite (2 bedrooms on 2nd floor) or the Bluebell Suite (1 bedroom, pullout, full kitchen on 1st floor). Pets allowed only if renting entire house.

Maple Syrup Sugarhouse Studio Apartment

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway at Butternut Maple Farm in the heart of Burton Township right by the Geauga County Fairgrounds and just miles from Amish Country. This private brand new, fully furnished smoke-free studio apartment is on the second floor of the sugarhouse with a gorgeous attached deck perfect for your morning coffee. During maple sugar season (January-March), you receive front row seats to watch and/or participate in making our award winning organic maple syrup.

The Wildflower

Come enjoy this brand new cabin in a private wooded setting. Sit on the front porch swing or relax by the fireplace. Enjoy the whirlpool for two and new stylish decor with black metal railing against a backdrop of the finest craftsmenship of woodworking. This cabin was built by local Amish and Mennonite builders. There is a double reclining loveseat and a queen size pull out sofa with a memory foam mattress. We provide snacks, sodas, coffee, tea, cereal, juice, pancaKe mix & maple syrup!

A few minutes from great restaurants, the Brewery at Garrett’s Mill, and the coolest Coffee Shop. Perfect weekend getaway or business stay.

Lakeview Retreat

Enjoy the unobstructed lake views very close to downtown Chardon, several golf courses, the Holden Arboretum, and Alpine Valley Skiing. We are a short walk to Bass Lake and its amenities. Inside, you'll love the cozy fireplace, 3 season porch, 4K TV, games, and puzzles. You can also just sit and relax while enjoying the view with a glass of wine in the enclosed porch. There is even a writing desk with views of the lake. Well-mannered dogs are welcome as long as they stay off the furniture.

Chardon Loft

Large private 2nd floor studio style living area with queen size bed, couch, table/chairs, TV, refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, NO OVEN OR STOVE TOP, sink, large shower, A/C, heat, washer and dryer, and deck. Wifi internet is provided. The television has Netflix. No cable channels. The furnace is nontraditional. It is not located in a closet. The noise when running and starting will be louder than normal during winter months. Ear plugs are available for those that are noise sensitive.

Lydia's Lake Erie Cottage

In the heart of Willoughby, a cozy cottage awaits you as the perfect getaway spot. Situated on the shores of Lake Erie, you'll be able to enjoy stunning lake views on the water's edge. Inside, you'll find a cozy and well-appointed space, complete with a fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill, Unwind by the fireplace in the living room or catch up on your favorite shows on the smart TV. Little House on the Farm

The accommodation is a 2 bedroom cottage on our small farm that has been recently renovated. It is wheel chair accessible. We are in the middle of the fourth largest Amish community in the world. We are half a mile from the center of Mesopotamia, which is known for the End of the Commons General Store and the annual OX roast over the 4th of July. Cleveland and Youngstown are both approximately 45 minutes away. Lake Erie is 30 minutes north.

Davis Ranch 5 Bedrooms Sleeps 10 & 3 1/2 baths

Overlooking Davis Lake, beautiful sunrises & 8 Acres. Will rent to 2 - 10 people on any given night. Guests will have the entire home as Host does not book more than one guest. No 1 Night stays please. Children under 2 there is no charge. Dogs no charge. I believe in making your stay a very memorable occasion. Please read the reviews that really tell the Ranch Story. In this Century Home you will have Three Full Baths and One 1/2 bath.
