We would like to share with guests our private 3 bedroom suite located in a quiet and family-friendly neighbourhood of Renfrew Heights. Our suite is fully equipped with all the necessities for guests looking to kick back and relax after a long day of exploring our beautiful city of Vancouver. We’re centrally located just 5 minutes from Highway 1, which will take you to different parts of the Lower Mainland and across Canada. A SkyTrain ride to downtown is 15 minutes away with a 10-minute walk.

This property holds a legal short-term rental license and has proudly maintained Superhost since 2020. The second floor has three bedrooms and two washrooms, the first floor includes an office with a double sofa bed, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Large windows offer stunning views of Vancouver and its breathtaking sunsets. It has a good location, It’s a 25-minute drive to Vancouver International Airport, 1.3 km to New Westminster SkyTrain Station, and 1.2 km to Walmart.
