Y'all feel totally at home in our space whether you're sipping coffee in the covered porch w/ cafe lights, lounging on the oversized couch watching the game, or sitting around the fireplace in the large backyard. Guests are required to esign Liability Waiver before arriving to property.

Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is centrally located in the BCS metroplex close to Texas A&M Campus and near lots of restaurants / bars / grocery stores / highway 6. The suite is part of the detached garage that has a private entrance through the backyard. Guests are asked to park on the street. We are pet friendly but charge an additonal $10 per pet per day if guests bring a pet. The extra charges will be added once your reservation has been confirmed and informed us that you are bringing a pet.

Custom built tiny house perfect for romantic getaways, out of town relatives visiting family, and vacations! The house is located right off Highway 36, and is only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, 35 miles from Round Top and close to several local wineries. Plenty of room to park your boat after a day of fishing or water sports at Lake Somerville. This is a Tiny House but we remain Dog Friendly. We have a $50 per Dog fee per stay.
