A free-standing building nestled behind our Spanish revival home in a quiet Burbank neighborhood. Vaulted ceiling with skylight. Brand new bathroom with rain-shower and soaker tub. Large living room and kitchenette space and a huge bedroom with plenty of storage. There is dedicated wi-fi and a comfortable office area. The house is filled with artwork from LA artists, to bring a little of the LA streets to the comforts of Burbank. Guests will have access to dedicated Internet Wi-fi, Roku TV, Netfix, Amazon and HBO, outdoor dining area BBQ. A washer and dryer are available if needed. The guesthouse is a separate free-standing building located behind the main house with a private, keyless entrance. We live in the main house. We look forward to meeting you! Our guesthouse is perfect for industry people needing to be close to the frenetic energy of Hollywood, but who still like the peace and quiet of a private retreat. For those looking to explore Los Angeles, we are close to the studios, shopping, Griffith Park, public transit and all major thoroughfares. There is one queen sized bed with a memory foam topper. An additional single bed can be added to the room if needed. The guesthouse has a separate kitchen area, however it is not a full kitchen. There is no stove or range. There is a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. At this time we do not accept long term guests.

The Bungalow is in the heart of the media center next to Warner Brother Studios, Universal Studios, Burbank Studios and more. It is just 10 minutes from the Hollywood Bowl and Manns Chinese Theater. You can walk to MANY restaurants and grocery stores as well as shops and a drugstore. It is 1 block from a large outdoor free exercise park and close to great hikes. It's close to Warner Brothers, Universal Studios, Lake Hollywood, Hollywood, and the 134, 101, 170 & 5 Freeways & metro & bus stops.
