Living and dining room. 2 queen, bunk bed and daybed. 50 yr old home is lovingly cared for but expect some gentle wear. Awesome for Fall/ winter. Short thurway drive to the Buffalo Bills stadium and summer concerts. Winter is great for ice fishing and snowmobiling. Small town-big beach, eateries, beach bars with live music. Kayak, swim, fishing charters, water skiing.

Relax in the hammock under shade trees overlooking the lake or enjoy a nighttime fire at the firepit. A place to settle and recharge. Bathroom is 30 seconds walking from the bunkie.
