We have just finished refurbishing this self-contained cottage. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the centre of a rural village so is very quiet. Walking distance to local cafes, supermarket, parks, pub, post office, parks, golf course, tennis courts. It is completely self contained with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom/loungeroom with TV/DVD, air conditioning, ceiling fan. Northerly aspect so drenched in sun but fully insulated to keep you cosy on chilly nights. Off street car parking.

Enjoy this private oasis directly opposite Berry Showground and pool. On a peaceful, wide street in yet central to all Berry has to offer (a flat easy walk to the Queen st shops) A luxurious king bed, full kitchen with an induction stove and oven, private laundry with washing machine and heat pump dryer, back and side deck. Daikin reverse cycle air conditioner as well as glamorous Art Deco style ceiling fans. All windows/doors are double glazed for excellent sound and temperature regulation.

The Captain’s Cabin

Nestled in our citrus and nut orchard is the 'Captain's Cabin'. A hideaway in your own private section of the garden, with an amazing outdoor bath, ample cooking facilities inside and out, and fire pit, not to mention a comfortable queen bed with natural linen and towels, it's your base for the perfect Kangaroo Valley escape. A 6 minute walk from the village centre and 50m from the cycle and walking path, it's the perfect location too. Coffee machine, record player and provisions included.

You will feel your worries ebb away while you listen to the natural surrounds, or your fave tunes. What you get up to during the day is totally up to you, go hiking, explore the local beaches, shops, cafés and eateries or simply sit by the fire with a good book and be alone with your thoughts! Your off-grid venture awaits – This is not your normal hotel stay!!

This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. A true farm-stay, gaze upon paddocks, bushland and the sea; or catch a glimpse of our roaming Scottish Highlander Cattle. If you derive comfort from the country, Susie the Goat and Stephanie the Deer will be there to greet you, any time of the day.
