This area is know for hundreds of miles of trails and over 30 lakes within a 15 mile air radius. The Graeagle/Clio area is perfect for golfers offering six courses to choose from.

BBQ on the rear deck while you view the river in the backyard with your own private beach.

Gold, Trains, Ghosts and Rock'n'Roll A short walk to the Feather River and the best sand beach on the river! Swimming, kayaking, and fishing are all available in the area. Hiking, horseback riding, off road trails for hundreds of miles.

A magical 3-bedroom A-frame retreat on 10 gorgeous, wooded acres with a pond. Like living in a State park! Victorian style tiny house, creek access, and miles of hiking trails. We're off-grid, so no issues with power outages or water shortages. Satellite WIFI. We allow pets for a small fee :) There is also a 30’ Pacific Yurt that can be added for an additional charge (sleeps 4+).
