Only 10 mins drive and you're in the city centre. But with the cozy interior, picture-esque private garden and added luxury of a soak in the hot tub, you might not want to leave.

The apartment is well appointed and ideal for travellers or visiting family. Our apartment is quiet and private and is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families .

Bright sunny, warm rooms, located downstairs in our family home. It has a lounge with a Queen sofa bed, dining room table, full size fridge/freezer, your own private bathroom and a separate queen bedroom with kitchenette. There is a separate entranceway with off street parking. Located close to two family safe beaches and Howick Village. There are plenty of options for cafes, shopping and walking tracks. We are happy to share our wonderful environment.

Romantic, private, cosy and comfortable, the Artist’s Gatehouse is perfectly suited for your short Waiheke break. This stylishly modern apartment is perfectly situated between Madills Farm and the beautiful Kohimarama Beach. A 2minute walk to either location and a 10 minute walk to Mission Bay and St Heliers. There are many restaurants and takeaways close by. Frequent buses go to downtown Auckland (15min) The property has security gates and electronic lock access.
