Beautifully converted in 2021 - with slate/wooden floors with underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower, and a separate fully-equipped galley-kitchen. The studio has its own front door, with its own parking space right outside. Ideal for couples, we welcome family pets too.

Welcome to the Maple Room, a private en suite guest unit in our family home. The room has its own private entrance, it is completely self contained and comprises of an entry room and an en suite bedroom. We are in the beautiful medieval "river and market" town of Totnes, home to many independent shops and eateries, close to beaches, Dartmoor and many walking and hiking trails. Our house is on a hill overlooking the town, with gorgeous views, and the high street is a 10/15 minute walk away.

Two bedroomed cottage on the edge of Dartmoor. Loads of character, history and interest nearby. You will have the whole cottage to yourself. It is situated in the middle of Buckfastleigh, close to shops and facilities, to Dartmoor and Dartington and many other places of interest. There is a parking permit which allows for parking one vehicle in the local car parks, one of which is approx 100 yards from the cottage.
