Our beautifully converted barn is ideally located in the picturesque village of Ruston. Set within a stunning Grade II listed farmstead, just 50 metres from the edge of the North York Moors National Park & with easy access of coastal walks, beaches & market towns including Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Cayton & Malton. Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

Relax & unwind as you enjoy the views over field & forest from the patio. Just open the door and let your dog have fun in the fully fenced paddock. Explore the footpaths that lead through undulating landscapes almost from the door. Take a scenic drive to Whitby, Scarborough & dine out at the numerous places to eat. Call at the village shop for supplies as you return to The Cabin. At the end of the day relax in the quirky candlelit outdoor bath whilst watching the stars in the Dark Sky Reserve.

Take the scenic drive to dog-friendly beaches for refreshing winter walks in the salty air. Nestled in a serene, private valley, our 150-year-old cow barn has been meticulously transformed into a charming retreat. Bramble Cottage is a bungalow style detached Barn conversion. It has many original retained features with beamed ceilings and cosy feeling throughout. Within the National Park on a working farm this is an ideal location for walking and cycling enthusiasts, or for exploring the North Yorkshire Moors or North East Coast. It is within close driving distance of Scarborough, Whitby and Pickering. Harwood Dale is surrounded by outstanding countryside without being miles away from civilisation.

Birch House Farm

Birch House Farm is located within 12 acres of woodland and pasture. Hollyhock cabin has been finished to a high specification to give comfort all year round. We provide bed linen, towels and a welcome basket containing home grown and local produce. Ensuite shower facilities, heating, TV and a kitchen area (hob, kettle and microwave). There is a double hammock and a BBQ fire pit area outside. Perfect for a quiet break in the countryside. Couples only. No children. No dogs allowed.

Conveniently located between the coastal towns of Whitby and Scarborough just a 15–20 minute drive and guests can also enjoy nearby woodland walks, with the nearest beach only 6 miles away. Robin Hood’s Bay is just 5 miles away.

The Kimberlina is a cosy, custom built, carriage located in Ravenscar, a beautiful coastal village situated on the Jurassic Coast National Park. The carriage is nestled in a field to the back of a working farm, surrounded by fantastic views and natural beauty, it is the perfect setting for a romantic getaway or relaxing evening following a days walk along the Cleveland Way. Children are welcome at the carriage and additional sleeping is available on the day bed in the living area.

Elstree Escape (private annexe, inc parking)

Elstree is a self-contained annexe to our house with allocated parking off-road and basic kitchen facilities — suitable for a short break but not for hosting dinner parties! We welcome pets and kids (although we don’t provide specialist things for infants and teenagers might find it a squash!). It is 10 min leisurely walk to the town centre and beautiful Scarborough South Bay beach, all theatres and seaside essentials. A home from home cosy space for peace, quiet and rest.

Folly Gill Luxury eco-escape

Relax and unwind in our luxury barn conversion in the beautiful North York Moors National Park. Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay and Scarborough are within easy reach. A super-comfy emperor bed, marble-tiled bathroom/wet room with roll-top bath and walk in shower, spacious, open plan living with a bespoke kitchen await.
