The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Gårdshuset innehåller allrum med fullt utrustat minikök i öppen planlösning, helkaklat badrum samt separat sovrum. Huset har en egen stor vacker träaltan med sol stora delar av dagen/kvällen. Gårdshuset är beläget i ett lugnt och stillsamt villaområde nära Drottningholm, Mälaren och vackra naturområden. Det är 500m till närmsta spårvagn varifrån man tar sig till Stockholms city på 25 min.
