The “island” in Island Pond was recently incorporated into Brighton State Park, giving access to that special patch of forested peace.

Our beautiful cabin sits in Clarksville on 6 private acres, close to major ATV and snowmobile trails, as well as the Hurlburt Nature Conservancy Area. We are minutes from Lake Francis and the Connecticut Lakes in NH's northernmost town, Pittsburg. While by no means primitive, our cabin is simple and rustic, and...in the woods. You may be visited by rabbits and coyote, or even a moose or deer grazing early in the morning. You may have the occasional cobweb, fly, swollen door, or sticky evening.

Forget your worries in this spacious & serene lake front home in Island Pond. Spend your days down by the private dock relaxing, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming or fishing. Boats and jet ski’s are allowed on the lake. Rent our 21’ pontoon boat or bring your own. Direct Vast and ATV access with a large driveway for parking. Enjoy endless trails for riding, hiking and biking. Come back for an evening of the most spectacular sunsets you will ever see, and sit by the campfire and make s’mores
