Greenlands Barn is in a lovely quiet spot off the River Tone. From the doorstep you can walk along the river, go further onto the Somerset levels or do a circuit to the local pub in the next village. The barn is light and airy with a large kitchen diner & living room, king size bedroom, spacious bathroom, walled courtyard and private riverbank. There are mountain bikes and a 2-person canoe for use during your stay. Historic towns, countryside or just a rest by the wood-burning stove awaits you.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Jacob Shepherd Hut with Free Hot Tub

We have recently installed a wood-fired Hot Tub. Use is free for your entire stay. We can even preheat before arrival. You receive 2 bags of logs when you arrive / additional bags are £7.50/bag Tucked into the hedgerows the huts are situated privately from each other and enjoy stunning southern views across Taunton Vale Light the woodburner and curl up on the cosy bed to read a book. Enjoy spectacular sunsets over Exmoor National Park as you sip a glass of locally brewed ale or English fizz.

A cosy country retreat, on the edge of the beautiful village of Over Stowey, with stunning views over the Quantock Hills - the perfect location for those looking to enjoy the great outdoors whether in the hills or by the sea, or maybe you’re just looking for a quiet peaceful spot to relax and unwind. The Milking Parlour has been lovingly converted to the highest standards from the old stone dairy barn in 2021/22. We aim to provide a unique and comfortable place for our guests to enjoy.

The Nest is a recently converted peaceful, luxurious and romantic barn conversion, suitable for 2 (plus 1) guests. Superb local pub with Italian restaurant just a three minute walk away! Exclusive use of private hot tub. Private garden and bbq area. Set in 12 acres of a grade 2 listed former rectory dating back to 1798. Converted Coach House with views over River Otter.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

The Roost

The Roost is a unique 1 bed property nestled within the Quantock Hills (AONB). Its tranquil secluded setting has far reaching and panoramic views over the Brendon Hills and Exmoor. A stones throw away from the Roost are extensive bridal and footpaths onto the Quantock Hills, where you can enjoy a number of activities all surrounded by an abundance of wildlife and picturesque views. Enjoy the peaceful setting of this romantic spot in nature. Located in a private garden on our family farm on the Somerset levels. The carriage has been hand built and reclaimed from an old Devon railway carriage into a luxury self contained space - perfect for romantic breaks in nature.
