Upstairs, is the real show stopper .. a sweeping view from the open plan dining, living and kitchen strikes you at every window. An open, breezy feel is created with sliders that join the indoors to a spacious, tiled balcony maximising the entertaining options and further encompassing the amazing views!

Relax at Teds Rest, a classic Lancelin split level beach house with ocean views, 200mt from the bay Filled with charm and retaining its original 70s features Teds is perfect for couples or families. Enjoy brekkie on the balcony while surf checking " hole in the wall" surf break. There is a secure garden with lush lawns & huge trees for the kids to climb. Minutes walk to the shops , park, cafes ,tavern & jetty Teds beds have quality bedding. Towels are NOT supplied.

The Glass House

Front row glass beach house: 100m to the mouth of the Moore River Stunning, architect designed beach house with best views of river estuary and ocean. A great nature based holiday spot. Canoe up the Moore River, fun safe swimming in the estuary. BYO linen (sheets, pillow cases and towels NOT provided). The house has three queen sized beds and a bunk room with two sets of bunks. It is a beach house and can be cool in winter. No central heating, only portable heaters.

Sovereign Beach House

This 3 storey luxury residence is just a stones throw from the ocean, with unrestricted views to the ocean and marina. You will be spoilt for choice deciding whether to have a spa, swim in the pool or ocean, play table tennis or have a wine on one of two balconies. The home is within walking distance to IGA, restaurants, medical centre, pub and pharmacy. Neptune Café is our recommendation for breakfast by the sea. Access to the beach is a short 5 minute walk away.
