Unsere 80 qm Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Nachbarschaft, direkt unterhalb König Ludwigs II Märchenschloss Neuschwanstein und mit Blick auf das Schloss Hohenschwangau. In 15 Minuten seid ihr zu Fuß am Alpsee und am Aufstieg zu den Schlössern. Bei uns starten viele schöne Wanderungen/ Radtouren. Schwangau ist 2,6 km, Füssen 4,2 km entfernt.

Wir würden uns freuen, Euch als Gäste in der oberen Wohnung zu begrüßen. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, 100 qm2 groß, bietet viel Platz, Licht und einen Ausblick über den See und in die Berge – großartig, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wohn-/Esszimmer, Balkon, Küche, Bad, 2 Schlafzimmer & eine Sauna.

Moderne Ferienwohnung direkt am Lech. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer modern eingerichteten Küche ,Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett), einem Bad mit Dusche und Toilette, und einem Eingangsbereich mit Garderobe. Die Wohnung befindet sich zurückversetzt im Hof/Garten bzw. am Lech und komplett im 1. Obergeschoss.Über den Lech genießt man einen romantischen Blick auf das ehemalige Kloster St.Mang und das Hohe Schloss zu Füssen. Einkaufen, Bummeln, Essengehen... ohne Verkehrsmittel möglich.

In der Umgebung können Sie Aktivitäten wie Wandern und Skifahren nachgehen. Das Apartment umfasst 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem Kühlschrank und einer Kaffeemaschine sowie einem 35qm Bad mit einer Dusche/Badewanne und einem Haartrockner. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden im Apartment gestellt.

Ein Doppelbett, 180 x 200, und eine Schlafcouch 140 x 195 bieten ausreichend Platz. Die kleine Kochnische ist mit Induktions-Kochfeld, Kühlschrank und Spüle ausgestattet.
