Cool in the summer and warm in winter. it is well equipped and has a lot of storage space which is great for long term guests. By booking this space You are becoming part of a bigger project - full restoration of the house which began Dec 2010. I can tell You and You can read about it in a booklet when You arrive. It's located in the historic area of the Brașov Old Town, at 30 minutes walking distance from the Black Church. The area is residential and quiet.
