Neben einem leckeren morgendlichen Kaffee bietet die Wohnung viel Licht in tollen Fabrik Flair. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit einem großen 1,80x2,00m Bett und einem gemütlichen Schlafsofa. Ihr habt zudem Internet in Glasfaser Geschwindigkeit (100Mbit) und einen Flat TV. Gästehandtücher sowie Bettzeug sind vorhanden.

Sie befindet sich neben unserem Wohnhaus und ist mit einer sehr gehobenen Ausstattung eingerichtet.Sie hat Platz für max. 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Auf unserem Hof haben wir einen Hund, Hühner, Laufenten und Kaninchen, sowie jede Menge Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Die Sauna-Nutzung ist für 20 € möglich. Gäste die nur eine Nacht bleiben, zahlen einen Aufpreis von 20€

Originally designed and planned as a showroom / meeting room . The idea was to built a place to discuss, meet and represent. Reason for the location which is great to reach anything in this fast growing City of Berlin. The space and atmosphere have a happy synergy and a work / life balance for itself. I love it here - it is usually my office . We have 2 big flat screen TV screens with Amazon Prime, Netflix a sound system with Spotify and an open fire place to calm down.

There’s a guest book on the table where you’ll find my own favourite spots for eating, drinking, running and shopping... You can message me via Airbnb at any time . I’ll reply as soon as possible and, should any problems arise, I’ll suggest solutions and help out if necessary. The City of Berlin levies a 7.5 per cent bed tax per night; this amount is included in your price.
