A lovely bedroom and kitchenette with private bath.. A nice place inside for your bicycles in the attached converted garage / living space. (Separate from bedroom) . Light breakfast options include breakfast bar, oatmeal, nut/fruit packet, coffee, tea, juice.PETS NOT ALLOWED.

The round common room has a kitchenette, queen-size bed, table, chairs, and a futon which opens out to a double bed. A shower room completes the setting. And now no additional cleaning fee!. also, the water is from our deep well: tested, certified.... And delicious!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, spacious, private home in a quiet, leafy neighborhood. Less than 1 mile off I-70 & 4 miles from downtown/campus/MU and Boone hospitals. Pet- and kid-friendly with a sizable, securely fenced backyard and cement patio with fire pit, charcoal grill, outdoor furniture and canvas shade. Cozy, modern interior features 40 original paintings by the owner and an electric fireplace.

We have a delightful mother-in-law apartment that is perfect for families, business travelers, girls' weekends and more. The space includes two large bedrooms (one on the main level and one upstairs), a living room, kitchenette (no oven/stove) and bathroom, and it is fully furnished. We are pet-friendly, but charge an extra $50 to your reservation fee. Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet.
