Perfect for couples or large groups, our property features an additional dry lodging cabin you can add to your booking based on your party’s needs. We don’t double book, so when you book, the whole property is yours to enjoy! The river is a great for swimming in July/August. Before this date, it’s too deep. An artist studio conversion replete with stained-glass windows from a local church, Chapel by the Pier, as its name suggests, is down the street from Third Street Pier, a South Sandpoint swimming hole and kayak launch. It's also within walking distance to downtown Sandpoint, making it ideal for strolling (or riding one of the two provided bicycles) to restaurants, bars and boutiques. You won't find another spot as central or with as much character. Plus, furnishings and appliances are new!
