The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

Livability ranked Greenville as one of the Top 10 Best Downtowns in the country. Sorry no pets allowed because we had complaints from other owners.

Walk to heart of downtown in 20-25 minutes. 0.7 miles to The Bon Secours Wellness Arena 1.1 miles to The Peace Center 0.6 miles to The Hyatt Convenient food store with liquor, beer & wine next door.
