Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. This is a beach house on 12ft piers. It is 525 square feet and has a 14x28 ft deck. We have six lounge chairs available, plus barbecue pit downstairs in utility room. I have three extra changes of sheets and 72 towels available for use. Electric stove, microwave, two refrigerators, and table with six chairs. Shower and toilet only, no tub. Undercover parking. Lighting downstairs for evening relaxation. Canal in back for crabbing. We provide internet connection with WiFi. Deck shaded
