Beautiful Apartment Connected to an Art Gallery

This stunning minimalist-inspired home adds its own artistic flair to the decor by placing bold and exciting art pieces throughout every room. With hardwood floors and black and white fixtures, each space has an elegant charm and character. The gallery and apartment is owned by an artist, who designed the space to show his work. Guests will have access to the whole gallery, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the gallery, including a small kitchen, a combined living sleeping area with a loft style bathtub and attached separate bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area can be separated by movable walls and has an extra bathroom with shower and toilet as well. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. Our aim is, to welcome all our guests personally and show them around and help them getting started in Berlin. Since we are also living in Berlin we are happy to help if any difficulties occur during the stay. It's Mitte, means closed to all cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife, but still quiet and you don't feel like living in a "bar". I like to call it the "new quiet Mitte" since recently a lot of luxury apartment buildings were constructed next to existing architecture, so it's for Mitte a pretty quiet neighbourhood, but Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße are all within easy walking distance (10min) Subway station (U-Bhf) Spittelmarkt 2 min walk. Several busses 3 min walk at Leipziger Str. Walking distance to Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstraße about 10 min. You can only access your apartment through the gallery, which may be gently used by the artist. Your apartment is private and will during your stay not be accessed by us. Mitte neighborhood is within walking distance to many of the city's iconic locations such as Checkpoint Charlie with superb shopping, dining, and nightlife nearby as well. The idea is simple: we rent out beautiful places – and use the income to enable social organisations to use places like these free of charge. Your booking here helps support our Schiffmühle location, where the boathouse and the grounds along the Alte Oder river are regularly open to social groups at no cost. This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

Die Ferienwohnung ist auf unserem kleinen, abseits gelegenen Bauernhof, wo wir und unsere Tiere wohnen. Sie passt für 2-4 Personen, eventuell aber auch für mehr, durch ausgezogenes Sofa, Gitterbettchen, Matratzen u./o. zelten draußen. Die Wohnung hat ein Südfenster zum Garten, wo manchmal Tiere weiden. Dort kann man auch entspannen und Lagerfeuer machen. Zur Badestelle sind es 10 Min. Fußweg. Der Fahrradweg "Spur der Steine" geht hier vorbei und ist schön zum Inlinerfahren und Fahrradfahren.

Der Hof verfügt über eine Alleinlage und ist über eine Allee zugänglich. Ebenso sind Fischotter, Biber und sogar Eisvögel in der Umgebung heimisch. Besonders eindrucksvoll ist im Herbst der Zug der Kraniche. Gleich drei Seen liegen in der Nähe und sind zu Fuß oder bequem mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit zwei Zimmern , ausgestattet mit je einem Doppelbett im Haus auf großem 3-Seiten-Hof mit Garten direkt am See im Biosphärenreservat Schorfheide-Chorin, 70 km nördlich von Berlin.
