This is a cozy, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom single level home in a centrally located quiet neighborhood walking distance to coffee, restaurants and parks. Just over a mile to BSU, the Boise river, Downtown, & just a 7 minute drive to the airport. The backyard is fully fenced with a deck, outdoor seating and a BBQ. You are welcome to bring your dogs, they are part of the family too! Please, no cats. There is a $25 dog fee, per dog, per stay.

Cozy Cottage 2BR -Fenced Yard - centrally located

Keep it simple at this peaceful and well-located 2 bedroom home. The neighborhood feels rural and quiet, yet you are a 5 minute drive from the airport and 10 minutes from downtown! The yards in both the front and back are available for you. Sometimes I will be on the property for lawn maintenance or gardening in the yards. My house is pet friendly and a $20 per pet pet fee does apply.
