En una de las zonas más tranquilas de Cornualles, con total privacidad, escucharás el ulular de los búhos y el coro de las aves, y sin contaminación lumínica, los cielos nocturnos son magníficos. La costa está cerca, con el estuario de Fowey justo al final de la carretera, y gloriosas playas y senderos costeros a poca distancia en coche. Es espaciosa y cómoda en todo tipo de clima, y viene con un jardín privado silvestre.

Este antiguo estudio de artistas único se encuentra en una espléndida tranquilidad rural, perfecto para esa escapada íntima. Situado a pocos kilómetros de la costa sur de Cornualles, idealmente situado a poca distancia de las populares ciudades costeras de Looe Polperro y Fowey y el tranquilo pueblo del estuario, Lerryn. Disfruta de este elegante estudio con jardín privado cerrado. Le esperarán leche fresca y un té con nata de Cornualles de cortesía. The Annex, cama doble, estacionamiento, tranquilo.

The Annex is a private, self contained space adjoined to the rear of our house. It has it's own parking space, a standard double bed (195cm length bed wall to wall), shower room and private outdoor seating area. The mainline train is 5 minutes walk from The Annex. Lostwithiel also has a selection of pubs, a fine dining restaurant, Indian and Chinese takeaways, independent shops, riverside and woodland walks all within walking distance. The Eden Project is a 10 minute drive away. Adults only.

En el límite de Boconnoc Estate y a las afueras de Lostwithiel encontrarás nuestro gran granero reconvertido de 1 dormitorio. Estamos bastante céntricos en Cornualles. Las playas de la costa sur se encuentran a 5 millas de distancia y las de la costa norte a unas 20 millas. Encontrarás muchas cosas que hacer, como caminar, hacer turismo, pescar y visitar muchos tipos de atracciones. Ofrecemos una cálida bienvenida y tanta interacción como prefieras. Te encontrarás rodeado de naturaleza.

The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Moorland walks and stunning lakes are all within close vicinity and both the North & South coasts are within a 30-40minute drive. The A30 & A38 are also easily accessible via car from the property.

The Cottage at Trevelyan - Cornualles rural

The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. Coming by car is essential. It is an old farm building, sympathetically converted using the available space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in!
