A very good residential area with a short distance to all amenities of daily use (50 m supermarket, bakery, breakfast cafe, butcher 150 m, 120 m drugstore, pharmacy 130 m). The location is very quiet and green (urban tree nursery with children's playground) yet conveniently situated in terms of traffic position as the flat is located in the inner-area of the Munich Transport Association. From there one quickly comes to the city center (18 minutes by public transport, 14 minutes by car). The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams.
