For a more hands-on experience, join us for a tour to get a closer look at life on the farm. Established in 1739, our farm has a rich history in agriculture and livestock. The cozy studio-style cottage features an open living space with combined bedroom, living, and dining area, along with a kitchenette and bathroom with a shower for your comfort and convenience.

“The Nest” is a spacious, serene 2 bedroom apartment built above our stand alone storage garage. Upon entering the 1000 sq ft space you are greeted with an open floor plan boasting cathedral ceilings, modern wet bar/kitchenette, bright living room and dining area. Sliders open to private deck with wooded view. A full bath, 2 bedrooms and add’l sleeping nook off the main living area complete the space. Also on the property are a cottage and 1800s Colonial home. Jolee Cottage, near Newport, Narragansett, Beaches

In walking distance to Jamestown Village. Short drive to Newport (14 min); Wickford (15 min); Narragansett (23 min); Block Island Ferry (38 min); and TFG Airport (30 min). The living room has a gas fireplace, desk, flat screen TV, sofa and bath. A spiral staircase leads you to the upper level which has a queen size bed, vanity, reading chair and armoire. Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited.

Cozy All Season Cabin Near Beach at Rockbriar Farm

Small vintage vacation cabin located in Charlestown, RI a 1 mile walk/bike to the town beach. Located on 7 acres called Rockbriar Farm, the cabin is in a wooded setting away from our home affording privacy for guests. One large room includes the futon bed/couch and the one sink; the shower and toilet are in separate room. Cabin also has a cedar enclosed hot water outdoor shower. Clean, cozy but not luxurious! No stove, but coffee maker, microwave, outside grill, and mini fridge.

Waterfront Studio, 10 min to Downtown Providence

Enjoy your own waterfront retreat in this beautifully renovated, professionally cleaned boathouse down a private drive in a quiet, former estate. This hideaway is just 10 minutes to downtown Providence and the colleges and a short, 10-minute picturesque walk to historic Pawtuxet Village for shopping and dining. Cute Little House in Town

Cute little guesthouse perfect for two people, but could also work for three with advance notice. There is a queen bed upstairs, and a couch downstairs, there are two fold out cots available upon request. The deck overlooks the huge backyard. The television has a Roku boxes so you can watch Netflix, Amazon Videos, etc. I have a friendly dog named Barney who is often outside on the property.
