The rooms include a separate kitchen, wetroom, double bedroom, and a dining room/2nd bedroom. The rooms are downstairs and accessed through the main house. There is off street parking, and secure bike accommodation. Beautiful rural location by River Sow and Two Saints way, just 2 miles from town centre and train station and minutes from the Staffordshire showground.

It has numerous footpaths and cycle routes on its door step and within the beautiful local village Abbots Bromley you will find 4 Pubs, Tearoom's, Indian Takeaway, Butchers and a well stocked village shop . The annex is perfect for short breaks visiting family, friends and business trips.

There are beautiful walks along the canal. Walk into Rugeley centre get to the main island where Burger king is then walk into the field opposite continue waking will eventually get into birches valley Cannock chase. 10 minutes walk to the train. Three toilets in the house and two bathrooms.
