There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. Loughton village is close to the city centre yet has lots of old world charm with two pubs that were posting houses on the Watling Street and a variety of places to eat in walking distance.
