A stay in our former music studio is an immersion in nature. After a walk in the Chilterns and a fireside drink at a country pub, relax on the large comfortable sofa and watch the wildlife in the meadow from the warmth of this cosy retreat. If you’re feeling energetic, play tennis or pickleball on our court or cycle the Phoenix Trail - (Bikes/E-bikes by arrangement.) A perfect hideaway for a romantic break, recreational weekend, peaceful remote working or just recharging your batteries.

A 17th Century Hay Barn 7 miles from Oxford and in the same village as ‘Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons’. Enjoy a glass of bubbles on your own private terrace before strolling to dinner at this famous Cotswold stone Manor. Fully wheelchair accessible & with private parking this unique property is the perfect place for a few days away walking in the nearby Chilterns, exploring Oxford’s Colleges & Cafes, visiting Art & Literary Fairs or attending appointments at Oxford’s many leading hospitals.

Tucked into the Chilterns, The Old Stable is a bright, vaulted 17th Century barn conversion. Lavished with love & attention to detail - inside you'll find a king sized bed, a huge power shower, underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen (with Nespresso and dishwasher) and Smart TVs with Netflix. Step outside to find a croquet lawn, tennis court, hammocks and a natural swimming pond. Footpaths run straight from the property. We were on BBC's Countryfile! 3rd May on BBC iPlayer for a peek.

Peaceful village location with own entrance

The Annex is a delightful, warm, quiet and comfortable dwelling built within the garden of our village home and adjacent to our garage. Towersey is one mile from the market town of Thame, and has an excellent village pub plus access to the Phoenix Trail cycle & footpath. The Annex has its own entrance with parking space, a double bedroom with king sized bed & tv, and sitting room with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plus tv. There is a power shower over the bath.

1 bed self-contained annexe with bathroom and kitchen overlooking our beautiful garden, situated in a former farmhouse in the heart of Haddenham. Bright and airy, the annexe is brilliantly located in the historic part of the village, lovely local pubs and the award winning Norsk cafe are just a short walk away. Just a 10 minute walk from Haddenham mainline train station giving easy access London (40 mins) and Oxford (25 mins). Direct trains to Bicester Village take just 14 minutes.

Upstairs features a super-king sized bed, seating area, luxury wet-room with underfloor heating, balcony and Jacuzzi.

Gardeners’ Cottage (Georgian stable conversion)

An entirely self contained cottage, recently converted from a Georgian stable and gardeners’ lodge. While adjacent to the owners property it is entirely separate, with its own secure parking and EV charger. Located in a small village, with two pubs on doorstep. Market town of Wallingford (setting for “Midsomer Murders”) is short walk, many amenities including boat rides on the River Thames an outdoor heated pool (summer), great restaurants and shops including Waitrose.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Rustlings Rest, a private annex and courtyard

Rustlings Rest is a private self contained wing of an 1800's brick and flint cottage located in the charming village of Chinnor, at the base of the Chiltern Hills. Rustlings Rest includes it's own private entrance and courtyard with parking for one car. It offers peace and tranquility to anyone wanting some time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and is the perfect location for walking and exploring the surrounding areas.
