Cozy Hilltown Cottage

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this cozy, creative space. Set on 10 acres of gardens and woods, this cottage is perfectly located to explore Western Massachusetts - with places like MASS MoCA, Shelburne Falls, Tanglewood and Northampton all within a 30min to 1 hour drive. Upstairs is a queen bed and full bath, while downstairs features a functional kitchen, work desk, grand windows, and a living space with full sleeper sofa. We live in the main house on property but respect your privacy-see photos!

Just Be Cabin

Small, rustic cabin in the woods behind our home. The cabin has electricity, but no running water. Drinking and cooking water are provided from a hand pumped container. The cabin is a beautiful place to slow down, connect to nature and one's self. If you love to camp, you will love the cabin. It is the perfect locale for a personal retreat. We are happy to arrange a yoga class at our home studio as well. It is like a tree house, where all are welcome to come, simplify life and just be.

Private Farm Studio Apartment

Our farm is a quiet, 5+ acre haven one mile from the center of Easthampton and 8-12 minutes from Smith College/Northampton. It's a great base from which to explore all the restaurants, cultural and outdoor activities offered in the beautiful Pioneer Valley. The private studio apartment is on the first level of our rustic farmhouse and offers a queen bed, kitchenette, living room, and bathroom. A sofabed is available for an extra $20 fee, please request this upon booking.

Come enjoy the Berkshires any season you choose. We are close to local ski areas, with have access to snow shoeing, ice fishing and many more winter activities. Also located within minutes of the many cultural attractions the Berkshires have to offer, Jacob's Pillow, Shakespeare & Company, and Tanglewood. Enjoy the beautiful fall foliage on our small private pond. You can bring your kayak or canoe to enjoy the wildlife that abounds or catch & release in our pond.

Charming 2nd-floor studio on a working produce farm in beautiful Berkshire County. Convenient to many local attractions such as Tanglewood, Bousquet Mountain ski resort, Naumkeag, local theater, museums, and much more. Visit our farm stand from late June through mid-October for fresh vegetables, baked goods, and our delicious corn on the cob! Spend time visiting with the farm's goats, horses and chickens, or just relax out on the balcony and take in the views.

Go out for a day of hiking and exploring, and come back to unwind to sounds of nature.

The fire-pit at shore offers a unique outdoor gathering option. Warm and welcoming interior with three levels of living for families and friends (up to 8 people). Area offers family-friendly hiking. Enjoy the whimsical decor and mid-century style furnishings. Cook in the well-equipped kitchen.

South Quarter House

Built in the early 1800s, our renovated farm house can accommodate families and friends comfortably. This 1600 square foot home can keep everyone together: three large bedrooms upstairs and an optional fourth downstairs. Large backyard and deck made for outside fun. Two full bathrooms, laundry, large farm table with seating for 10, and a full kitchen. Plenty of options for hiking at or near the house. (Sorry, we are not able to host weddings.)

Windy Top Cottage ~ A Romantic "European" Getaway

The Windy Top Cottage is an old stone building constructed in 1932 by H. L. Bitter, a wealthy Hartford businessman. This area of Granby was a favorite of the Hartford elite for a place to 'summer' in the early part of the 20th Century. The cottage was the quarters for the domestic staff while the family was in North Granby. With an elevation of 970, we offer clean, fresh country air!
