Industrial style downtown apartment, in the historical Ponca City Bus station. 70" TV, full service kitchen, cozy, comfortable and modern. 2 queen beds and air mattress available. Equipped with games, books and lots of closet space so if extended stay is needed, it is available. Our vintage vinyl record room is equipped with a vintage AM radio and a vinyl record player with Bluetooth compatibility. Free outdoor parking. Pecan Cabin

The Pecan Cabin is in the middle of a pecan orchard. It is built out of pecan wood. There is much wildlife around the cabin. We often see deer, wild turkeys, armadillo, squirrels, hawks, racoon, and coyote. It is very quiet and peaceful. A great place for star gazing. This is a working pecan orchard. You may see us, mowing, pruning and generally taking care of the trees. There is no hunting on this property. The land is leased for hunting, but they do not hunt in the pecan grove.

Our place is 15 minutes from Oklahoma State University, Lake McMurtry East is 3.5 miles away. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors space, tranquility and the wildlife. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Enjoy the stars and nights around the fire pit. Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.

Also included on our Patio, is a Large 40,000 BTU Propane Gas Fire Pit to keep you warm on the cool Fall Football Games.

The BunkHouse is 1hr South of Wichita, KS, or 1.5hrs North of Oklahoma City, Ok. Just 20min to the Ponca City Refinery. Right off of I-35, nice stop during a road trip. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, hunters, & business travelers. Within 30min of 6 casinos. There are 2 connecting properties (ManCave & BunkHouse) if there is a large group. 5 Queens, 3 Twins No extra charge for cleaning.

The Nest - Luxury Cottage in Charming Locale

Each cottage has an open, spacious floor plan that includes a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, with a Keurig coffee maker, a luxurious bathroom with large walk-in shower and stand alone bathtub, a comfy sofa with pull out bed and a cozy gas fireplace.
