Harriet's hideaway is a shepherds hut with a wood-fired hot tub, located perfectly between Exmoor and Dartmoor. With sweeping views, the hideaway is accessed off our private lane and set in its own private plot with parking and a garden. A perfect retreat for couples or for a couple friends to 'escape the rat race' and take a break. Light a fire and get lazy, chill out in the wood-fired outdoor hot tub, star-gaze at the incredible night skies, or just relax and take in the peaceful surroundings.

The Old Tractor shed is a beautiful modern barn conversion set in the Devon countryside. It has large full height windows and doors to outstanding views with a private decking area with its own hot tub and seating. It is ideal for couples with a luxurious superking bed, a stunning roll top bath, large powerful waterfall shower, log burner, smart TV's and fully equipped kitchen. It is ideal for a romantic stay stargazing as the property has Exmoor National Parks dark sky accreditation.

Little Gables - Unique retreat on edge of Dartmoor

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

Our guest house is situated atop a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and historic Tarka Trail. Fully self-contained building, patio and parking area. Fully fitted kitchen and living room, with a separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Underfloor heating coupled with a log burning fireplace for chilly days. Only a short drive to some stunning beaches and marvelous countryside.

Within the property there are plenty of areas to relax including a cinema/pool table room, separate kitchen/diner/lounge and four en-suite bedrooms. Outside there is a large enclosed garden a generously proportioned patio with garden furniture, charcoal BBQ, fire pit and your own covered private hot tub.

Mill Cottage, Templeton Bridge

This small two bedroomed cottage was built in 1800 when the Mill opposite was fully working. It is in a remote, quiet and secluded part of Mid Devon within an hour of both the North or South coasts of Devon. It is accessible down narrow single track country lanes. The nearest shops are in the town of Tiverton, five miles away. The broadband has been upgraded to Ultrafast fibre to the premises with speeds of at least 450mbps. However, there is no mobile phone signal in the valley.

This delightful renovated former barn has retained all its character with exposed beams, vaulted ceilings and offers a luxury self-contained self-catering retreat for 2 people.

Private Annexe. Rural, peaceful and dog friendly

This is a refurbished Annexe - light and airy with a shower room and adjoining WC. In 2022 we have added a new kitchen, with breakfast bar seating. The property is situated ten minutes from Tiverton and two minutes from the A361 - the main route in to North Devon and Exmoor, and North Cornwall. Extra service: we welcome your dog. However, space in the Annexe is limited so if there is more than one dog, please chat to us first.

Luxurious get away for walking fishing relaxing

A south facing stylish getaway in the middle of Exmoor National Park. There is private fishing for the keen fisherman, endless doorstep walks, fresh water swimming, a short walk into Dulverton for cream teas, boutique shops and fabulous places to eat. There are French doors that open out onto a stone patio where you can sit and take in the views. Well behaved dogs are very welcome too.
