Welcome to our lovely Eugene home built in 2018. This house is in the Bethel neighborhood of Eugene which is centrally located. You are only 10-15 minutes drive from the Eugene Airport, Hayward field, Lane County Event Center and The Babe Ruth Baseball Field. The home has 3 bedrooms and 4 beds, there is a small swing set playground in the backyard perfect for small kiddos.
