Welcome to our holiday haven! Relax and unwind in this light and spacious apartment overlooking the wonderful water views from the lounge area, bedroom, kitchen or balcony. Take a dip in the beautiful pool, kayak from your private beach or take a stroll to the many cafes and restaurants along Mooloolaba Esplanade. The unit also offers ducted A/C, ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen, luxurious king bed, Nespresso coffee machine, internal laundry, Weber BBQ, 2 Kayaks, and so much more.

We are only 20 mins drive to Australia Zoo, 45 mins - Noosa, 15 mins - Mooloolaba beach and 5 mins to Kawana University Hospital. Our home is situated on the canal & is eco-friendly generating our own power & water storage. We are fully fenced, which provides total privacy & security during your stay. The room has a garden view. You are welcome to sit & enjoy a coffee/wine on the patio overlooking the water.
