Unwind, Colorado-style in this newly-built house in oldtown district. Every room is beautifully curated with all the emphasis on luxurious comfort. A very well stocked kitchen, plush linens, black-out curtains, Smart TV’s, and more. Well-behaved dogs are welcome: Fully fenced yard and 2 dog crates, plus food bowls and doggie bags. A two acre property adjacent to Devil's Backbone Trail Head and surrounded by public county open space on three sides. The rock formation behind the cottage surrounds the property with privacy. The host, a nationally known western landscape artist, has his studio in the barn on the property. The main house is an historic structure built in 1920's. The Cottage has all of the amenities for a luxurious stay in the Colorado foothills, 26 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.
