The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Pisgah offering panoramic views and 22 acres of seclusion completely surrounded by nature. Located close to hiking trails, rivers, lakes, reservoirs, breweries and wineries as well as Hunter (17 mi), Catskill (26 mi) and Hudson (30 mi), this is the ideal location from which to explore the best of the Catskills.

Misty Isle Acres

Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.

Upstairs private (isolated to guest access only) studio apartment with full amenities, kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, large livingroom, washer/dryer and off street parking. Lots of local attractions. Near Howes Caverns and Secret Caverns, Iroquois Museum, Old Stone Fort, Vroman's Nose, Schoharie Kayak Rentals etc. Less than 2 miles off I88 exit 23. If these walls could talk, they'd tell a story of the history of Glenville, NY! Starting as a Broom Corn Farm and then a Speakeasy during Prohibition, the original bar is located in the basement! This renovated New England-style colonial has beautifully landscaped grounds and butts up to the Mohawk River, providing privacy and views. Walking the property not only gives you a bit of exercise but allows you to take in the beautiful views and native foliage.
