Enjoy a stylish experience. Two-room suite with a bedroom, sitting room, and a full private bath. Accommodates up to 4 adults. There is a private entrance to the suite. King bed, walk-in closet, and a dresser, side tables, ceiling fan w/ light, and a air filtration system. Sitting room has a queen Murphy bed, coffee and wine bar with microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee maker (coffee and tea supplied), and dishes, utensils. Bathroom is Jack and Jill style w/ 2 vanities and standing shower.

The Lilly Pad Loft - A Lovers Nest

This beautiful, minimalistic, modern - loft space is the perfect romantic getaway for two people or the ideal fun space for the single traveler. This tiny loft space features a balcony with Downtown Skyline views, fully out fitted back yard, and a bathroom that screams, "Relax!" Located in the heart of Albuquerque, just off I-25 and I-40 nestled away in the historic neighborhood of Martinez Town just a skip away from Oldtown, UNM, Nob Hill, and other ABQ attractions.

The home was built 1973 by Architect Bill Shelton, and the guest apartment was added in 1974 for his daughter. This home has been completely renovated. High vaulted wood beam ceilings & clearstory windows give the home an expansive & luxurious feel with lots of natural light.
