Glimpses of the turquoise water filter in through almost every window. Meander down the private stairs to the beach and you’re in the water. Yabbarra Sands - Enjoy the beachside lifestyle.

The lifestyle is relaxed and easy in this spacious home, across from the golden sands and abundant surf of Yabbarra Beach. After swimming, the hot outdoor shower is a joy. Enjoy a stroll or cycle along the coastal path to Narooma. 85kms of Narooma MTB trails are nearby. There are cafes, pubs and restaurants to try, plus local markets and more. Whale watching, fishing, golfing, 4X4 and boat trips to Montague Island are all on offer, along with a range of water sports on the nearby lakes.
