Liebe Gäste, meine Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus im ruhigen Falkensee .Der angrenzende Falkenhagener See lädt im Sommer zum Baden und im Winter zum Schlittschuhlaufen ein. Im nahegelegenen Wald könnt ihr relaxen oder ins hübsche Umland mit dem Rad. Vor der Haustür fährt der Bus 652 in wenigen Minuten zum Bahnhof Falkensee. Mit der Regionalbahn seid ihr innerhalb von 15 Minuten Fahrtzeit in der Berliner City. Oder ihr nutzt als Autofahrer den Park & Ride am Bahnhof.

Für Ihren entspannten Urlaub bzw. geschäftlichen Aufenthalt stehen Ihnen 100 qm zur Alleinnutzung zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß von der S-Bahn S 5 sowie REWE und DM entfernt. Sie sind in 25 Minuten, ohne umsteigen, in der City. Die S-Bahn fährt 24/7.

Die klimatisierte ruhige Gästewohnung, mit Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sowie Bad, befindet sich in Panketal, Ortsteil Schwanebeck, an der Stadtgrenze zu Berlin-Buch, in der Nähe des Helios-Klinikum. Vom Autobahndreieck Barnim sind wir in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Mit Bus und S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, seid Ihr in 40 Minuten im Zentrum von Berlin. Mit dem Auto dauert es ca. 30 Minuten. Fußläufig erreichbar in 10 Min. sind Netto, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann und das Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

This charming apartment in the heart of Berlin Mitte is surrounded by cafes, shops and galleries, yet quiet. It is lovingly planned and furnished to its detail. The apartment can accommodate 5 people. The bedroom has a 160x200 double bed. The living room is equipped with a sitting corner including a 140x200 sleeping sofa and a single sleeping sofa chair. The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short. Restaurants, super markets and museums are close by. We do have an elevator.

Das Studio-Apartement in Berlin Mitte liegt zwischen den Hackischen Höfen und Kollwitz Platz. Es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Berliner Dom und Museums Insel sowie Alexander-Platz und Kastanien Allee. Sie verfügen über eine eigene Teeküche mit Kühlschrank, Bad mit Dusche, Schlafzimmer mit französischem Bett (1,55 m breit für 1-2 Personen) und Smart-TV und WLAN. Rosa-Luxemburg Platz (U2) und Rosenthaler Platz (U8). Für one-night-Buchungen fallen 20€ extra Kosten an.

Unsere Scheune de Lütt bietet einem Pärchen oder einer kleinen Familie genügend Platz um zu jeder Jahreszeit ein paar entspannte Tage auf dem Land zu verbringen. Direkt hinter der Scheune lädt ein großer Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, Grill und Feuerstelle sowie Klettergerüst, Schaukel und Sandkasten zum verweilen ein. Our lovely apartment is in an attic of a beautiful house built at the end of XIX century. It is a very bright and modern place with a creative flair. The apartment consists of bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom (with bathtub and shower) and balcony. Each room has high ceilings and rooftop windows (These windows and balcony door can not be darkened)The apartment is located nearby to a free parking zone (800m).
