Coastal Retreat - The Karji (Cornish for Garage)

This memorable place is anything but ordinary and the perfect resting place after a day walking the beautiful coastline of South West Cornwall or just enjoying some down time. Positioned between St Ives and Landsend with fantastic views down the coast. This perfectly formed studio has everything you need from a full size shower, a log burner and an extra comfortable king size bed. We are also situated between two fabulous pubs, The Tinners Arms and the Gurnard's Head, if you fancy dinning out.

The Shed

A self contained garage conversion comprising of - Bedroom (double bed), bathroom, cosy living space with log burner. Kitchen area with hob (NO OVEN), Air fryer, fridge, kettle and microwave. Tea/coffee/milk and some breakfast items (bread/cereals) are provided. As are towels and bedding, toilet roll & hand soap. Outside sitting area with countryside views. 5 minutes walk to coast path. Quaint village pub with beautiful sea views within walking distance. Unfortunately we do not allow any pets.

Boslowen Home from Home Accommodation - 1+ nights

Boslowen is a competitively priced, comfortable & clean, 4 bed, full kitchen, living room, gardens, conservatory. Yearly decorated accommodation for a maximum of 4 people only, including babies, with easy access to local sandy beaches, Porthleven, Seal sanctuary, learn to surf, coastal walks, Isles of Scilly trips, St Michaels Mount.... Boslowen is ideal for couples, parents & 2 children, solo/business travellers, bird spotters, surfers, golfers and families . 1 & 2 + nighters are all welcome

Mazal House Studio.

Mazal Studio is a self contained annex, with a double bedroom with shower, separate WC and basin and a basic kitchen/utility room. Although there are no facilities to cook as such there is a small microwave oven and fridge for your convenience, you are more than welcome to bring food in. We are situated a short distance from Helston town centre and are very close to Coronation Park and the Boating Lake. Lidl is a 2 minute walk away, as is the beautiful Penrose walk down to Loe Bar.

Located mere minutes walk from Loe Pool, the Penrose National Trust AONB and the SW coast path and the perfect base for exploring this beautiful part of Cornwall.

From the entrance, Mariners looks like a charming little beach bungalow. But, step through the doors into two spacious floors of complete calm and serenity. With views from almost every room, moments from the water’s edge, and a crackling fire for those cosy nights. This is coastal Cornwall at its best!

Lamarth Farm Cottage is part of a new extension to our farmhouse. It is a modern comfortable 2 bedroom cottage, which is dog friendly and ideally situated for exploring the Lizard Peninsula and West Cornwall. You don't need to go far from Lamarth Farm to find sandy beaches, the SW coastal path and small villages with wonderful restaurants and pubs Kynance Cove, St Michaels Mount, Lizard Point, Porthleven and the Helford River and so many more just waiting to be discovered…

3 bed house with amazing sea view and beach access

A stunningly situated 3 bedroom house, overlooking idyllic Polurrian Beach on the edge of the Lizard. The perfect spot for a magic Cornwall family holiday, the secluded comfy three bed house has incredible sea views and direct access to one of the Lizard's prettiest beaches. There's also a lovely garden and large private field to walk the dog. A short walk to the south-west coastal path, nearby surf spots and great food in Porthleven, there's something for everyone.

The Field Room - Hut on The Lizard

Located on beautiful Penvores Farm near countless beaches and coves on the stunning Lizard Peninsula. The Field Room is hidden far away from the road along a private, tree-lined drive. The space is generous inside and out and thoughtfully planned with attention to detail. A stay which brings you close to nature in style and comfort. The Field Room is tucked away on a private corner of the property, allowing guests to enjoy complete seclusion.

Hirondelle Barn

Hirondelle Barn is situated in lovely rural surroundings with fabulous views overlooking Penrose (National Trust) and within walking distance of Helston and Loe Bar. Porthleven Harbour is only 1.5 miles away. Martlett Barn, also on Airbnb, is situated at the same location and offers similar accommodation to Hirondelle. Ideal if you have friends that would like to come and stay at the same time.

Carminowe Valley Cottage

**WI-FI installed 2021** Convenient, comfortable, stylish converted garden barn: en-suite, shower, sitting room, kitchen. Perfect private retreat in NGS garden with woodland, stream and wildlife pond. Suitable for a couple. Dogs welcome by prior arrangement. Footpath from garden is situated in AONB, 5 minutes to Loe Pool, onto the sea and "foodie" Porthleven.

Georgian Cottage, Helston with garden and parking

Our cottage is newly refurbished but retaining many original features and is situated in Helston town just a couple of minutes’ walk away from shops, pubs and restaurants. There is also a small cinema. We have an enclosed garden, which catches the sun in the afternoon and evening – ideal for bbq's and alfresco dining - and private parking for two cars.
