The house is just 10 minutes from Travelers Rest and 10-15 minutes from downtown Greenville! If you enjoy long walks or bike rides, the paved Swamp Rabbit Trail is within 1 mile of the tiny house. Also, if the foothills of upstate SC are not tall enough for you, the nationally recognized outdoor spaces of WNC are about 1 hr away.

You can be in Hendersonville, NC, in 20 minutes, Asheville, in 40. The Cherokee Foothills Scenic Hwy 11 is a few miles down the road. Very peaceful and private setting. Owners are through the woods.

Convenient to explore so many places. Falls Park only 4 miles away and Ashville, NC is about an hour away. Gorgeous mountains so close (Paris mountian 20 min, Table Rock 30 min.) All the amenities you want nearby w/stores, restaraunts, hiking, bicycling, rafting, kayaking, boating, etc. Relax on this 1/3 acre with in ground pool, gas grille, privacy fence in back and beautifully updated home. 3 car parking TV in living room uses firestick.

This is a tiny house in the backyard of the hosts’ home, in a residential neighborhood located in north Greenville, steps from Furman University campus. It is a private space, with separate entrance, queen bed, small efficiency kitchen, and full bathroom. There is a Smart TV and free WIFI. There is potential for noise from campus and Duncan Chapel Road. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 1 vehicle. We do not permit smoking.
