This is a very nice, chic and relaxing space. Is design to be an studio apartment outside our home. You will have your own entrance, bathroom, kitchen, HVAC/heat system etc. We are close to all major highways 495, 95, 295. 10 minutes from the University of Maryland and 15 minutes to Six Flags and about 30 to Washington DC.. Our neighborhood is very nice, walkable with parks all around us! Super safe! We have an acre of land so feel free to go for a walk in our backyard! Hope to host you soon!

We welcome you to a spacious and private basement apartment with its own entrance and self check-in. None of the amenities are shared. The fully-equipped kitchenet has everything you'll need to cook and warm your meals. Guest suite is the entire basement apartment which is a part of a bigger home where host lives.

Entire studio rental unit on the second floor with private entrance on a quiet street. Queen-sized bed, fully equipped kitchen, blackout curtains, towel warmer, compact washer/dryer in unit, and free street parking. We are dog friendly. A great location to experience Washington, with or without a car: -1 minute walk to bus stop that takes you to Takoma Metro station to Washington -20 minute drive to the White House -5 min drive to Old Town Takoma Park -10 minutes to University of Maryland.
