It is a 200 year old 2 story house living room, dining room, kitchen, bath first floor, 2nd floor 3 bedrooms. Back porch off the 1st floor looks down over the hill. Quiet area with wildlife from rabbits, coyotes, and deer. Is a good place just to unwind. Lots of parking. You will have access to 110 acres if you like to walk around. We are very pet friendly. There are a few Great Pyrenees dogs who patrol the area to keep coyotes and other animals away from the houses. Not handicap accessible.

Historic James Kinney Farm House

We have a lovingly restored 1863 brick Farm House designed to relieve stress and reintroduce you and your family to nature's awesome beauty. The house resides on a privately owned, multi-acre working farm listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Inside are 8 beautiful rooms with hardwood floors, fully updated Kitchen, 1st floor Utility Room with full bath, plus a 2nd floor shower & bathroom combo. Upstairs are 2 queen beds and 1 twin day bed, and downstairs is 1 queen couch bed.

Quaint and cute apartment (duplex) for a comfortable stay located on Wheeling Island. You will have the entire first floor apartment to yourself. Please note that the apartment is located right next to the Wheeling Island Casino and Wheeling Island Stadium, walking distance to Suspension Bridge, downtown, and interstate. Feel at home in our quiet apartment, whether you are playing, watching, site seeing or just passing by. Enjoy Wheeling while staying at our beautiful place. We allow pets.

Classic private loft suite with modern bathroom and parlor on the upper level of a beautiful Cape Cod house. Includes mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, AC units and fireplace. In the Friendly Village of Wintersville, close to Franciscan University and highway 22. Short walk to shopping, restaurants and bus stop. Use of washer, dryer, and are kitchen available downstairs by appointment for additional fees. Games, books, baby gate, extra beds, bedding etc, are available on request.

This cozy, updated apartment is in the heart of downtown Wheeling and is within walking distance to restaurants and businesses. One block brings you to the scenic Heritage Walking Trail along the Ohio River. With easy access to I-70 it's the perfect stop-over if you're on your way through town, but if you're planning on a longer visit it's also a comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting family or friends or just exploring our fun small town. Enjoy a weekend away, short stop over in your travels, or a solo getaway at this centrally located loft in Barnesville. 7 minutes from I70, Barnesville offers the charm of days gone by, but also has the needed amenities. Brick Loft is located downtown in one of the beautiful architectural buildings on Main Street. There is office space on the lower level so Brick Loft is quiet with its own entrance. There is a long flight of stairs to get to Brick Loft.

Our small, friendly town offers a marina & boat launch, a golf course, restaurants & food trucks, along with a park & pool. Our location is within 25 minutes from the best amenities that the Ohio Valley has to offer. This is also a great place to stay for those traveling for work!

The Top Hat (TAZ Spaces, LLC)

Welcome to The Top Hat! Located on the 2nd floor at "The Hattery." Built in 1838 by James Holliday, a hatter inspired the whimsical design you will see in The Top Hat. Enjoy loft living and the history of a building formerly a hattery, bank (1924), and cigar factory. The Top Hat offers uniqueness and charm to our small town, and I know you will think so too!

The Bunker House

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.

Sugar Shack Inn

Newly rebuilt cabin/house located in Edgewater Park, Piedmont lake is our neighbor, hunting is literally 25' away on Muskingum wildlife conservancy land. Lake is walking distance with public boat ramp a .5 mile away. Located in a culdesac which there is only one other cabin on this road, which is also owned by us. Great lake view and quiet.

Explore the trails, creeks, woods & fields. Catch your dinner on the 2 1/2 acre lake. Boat, kayaks, basic fishing gear, bait and firewood are provided. Or just relax on the porch and watch the wildlife. Located just 15 minutes from Salt Fork State Park.
