One of the very closest condos to the village with an easy stroll to the dining, bars, music, shopping and swimming pool of the village as well as the free ski shuttle. (Bring your own wood or buy at village store) Right across the street from the legendary bear valley music festival and many other events held at the community center parking lot. Hiking, Biking, Ski and snowmobile trails in the Stanislaus National Forest start right at the condo!

R Haus is a peaceful cozy cabin in the woods, offering you a chance to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. We are situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Our cabin is decorated in authentic log & antique furniture, creating a peaceful atmosphere. We provide all the amenities you'll need to feel right at home. Peanuts are available to feed r furry visitors. Please note that we do not allow pets and maintain a strict no-smoking policy, as we are still experiencing drought conditions.

Our comfortable and quiet guest cottage is set among Ponderosa pines in the Sierra Nevada foothills, 15 minutes from more than 40 Shenandoah Valley wineries. Private tastings can be arranged. The pool is private to our guests and usually open after Memorial Day. About 50 mins to ski areas. The Cottage easily accommodates 2 couples in two bedrooms, each with private bathroom. EV charging is available - additional fee. The deck is great for outside dining or just enjoying a glass of wine.
