My tiny house is clean, cute&cozy. Fenced in yard lot of sun. Parking on premises. Full bed, Refrid, Microwave, Keurig . Heat & air conditioning, outsideshower is seasonal. no shower, to cold.Great if you want to visit your family but not stay with them🤣 3 blocks from lake, less than mile from a 100 stores. Large bathroom with roomy shower, good towels. We use natural cleaners. Wifi, Roku television as well as contactless check-in/ out. Easy access. Close to ferries to FI beaches. Close to main street. Walk to two parks. Dedicated off-street parking. NO SMOKING. NO ANIMALS. Violations result in eviction/ fines imposed.

Quaint Beach Cottage , on your very private beach on the bay , put your toes in the sand and enjoy this beautiful space! The cottage sleeps 4 people comfortably. There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and the sofa has a pull out trundle which sleeps two people. Patchogue village is 1 mile away to enjoy exceptional restarants and bars , Davis Park Ferry is close by and you can get to Davis Park in 15 minutes by ferry. Kayaking and Paddleboards are fun on this beach !

A little getaway!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Just a short distance from the center of town and the Fire Island ferries. Close to grocery stores and shopping centers. Also, the LIRR is less than 1 mile away. NO PARTIES!!! AND ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING!!! Please leave all towels on the floor of the bathroom and take out the garbage. The garbage pails are on the side of the house.

Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.

A two minute drive to the town of Patchogue with vibrant restaurants, shops, and entertainment. 5 Minute drive to Fire Island Ferries, 3 minute drive to LIRR, and walking distance to a newly rennovated park and tennis courts.
